Return and refund policy
Overview
We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds in accordance with Swedish consumer legislation and EU regulations for international customers.
Returns for Swedish customers
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Time frame: You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Note that this right does not apply to products manufactured according to consumer specifications or which have been personalized.
- Non-returnable Items: Gift cards and downloadable software products cannot be returned.
Clarification of return exceptions
- Omar Rudberg collection: Please note that all products from the Omar Rudberg collection are print-on-demand. Therefore, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
- Late or missing refunds: If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@jubel.se.
Return shipping
- Address: To return your product, you should mail it to: Jubel AB, Birger Jarlsgatan 76, 11420 Stockholm, Sweden.
- Cost: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Tracking: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
EU customers
- Right of withdrawal: Customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the day they received the item without giving any reason. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, such as print-on-demand items.
- Refund: The seller must refund the consumer within 14 days from the day they received the notice of withdrawal. The refund may be withheld until the seller has received the item back or proof that the item has been returned.
- Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Non-EU customers
- Return policy: The return policy for customers outside the EU varies based on local consumer protection laws. Generally, customers may have a right to return their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, but this may differ by country. Custom-made products, such as print-on-demand items, are typically non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
- Refund: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment.
- Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
What happens to orders that could not be delivered or were not picked up? (This applies only to print-on-demand products)
Sometimes, a parcel cannot be delivered, which usually means an address is incomplete or requires further information. For example, a company name, floor number or C/O is missing. Another scenario is that the parcel is held by customs due to missing information or that a customs fee is required by the parcel’s recipient.
Parcels that cannot be delivered will, eventually, make their way back to us. For European and US orders, this usually takes 1-2 months after it was first shipped out from the printing facility. For other international orders, it may take longer, depending on the processes per country.
Once a parcel is received back to one of our warehouses, we normally have the possibility to update the address information and resend it to the original recipient. Contact us for arranging re-shipping at shop@jubel.se.
Be aware that the reshipping comes with new shipping charges, along with a handling fee of €5 or $5 – the additional shipping cost is dependent on the ship-to-country. The information above is not valid for DHL express orders.
